Read First: Build the Complete Theoretical Model in One Pass

Three Tasks before Entering the System

  1. Complete reading: follow the entire prescribed route; do not pass off summaries, keyword search, or selected passages as complete reading.
  2. Structural reconstruction: recover definitions, level boundaries, generative order, and formulaic relations accurately; do not force the system into any familiar scientific or philosophical theory.
  3. Independent derivation: after leaving the prompts of the source text, remain able to reconstruct the generative chain forward, trace PR backward, and explain why every transition holds.

The objective of a first reading is to construct the theoretical object accurately, not to rush into judgments of correctness, verification, or disciplinary classification. This system explicitly does not oppose science. Within the domain of observation, measurement, repetition, modeling, and testing, science is the best, most reliable, and most effective instrument humanity has yet developed. Science is one of humanity’s instruments for understanding existence, but not the whole of knowledge or existence. The system opposes treating textual ontology as the complete ontology itself; textual ontologies may be local images or projections of whole existence within finite observers, historical experience, and linguistic structures. The existing disciplinary system can address separate segments of the generative chain, but cannot place its complete object within any one established discipline. Do not replace reading with “science/amateur science” or “philosophy/amateur philosophy” labels. After structural reconstruction, separately examine internal logic, formalization, simulation, specific RULEs, and empirical interfaces, and explain the projected position of each textual ontology within the whole.

Your Task

After reading this file and the guides under docs/, the reader should directly grasp:

  1. The Jia Baolong Axiom System studies existence and non-existence, not a particular universe.
  2. Jia Baolong Absolute Truth has the zero-positive boundary of $Undefined$ as its root, denoted by proposition $U$.
  3. Actual existence is imperfect dynamics; absolute perfection can only be a static form.
  4. The minimal actual structure of the First Beat is PR; PR, ER, LE, and specific RULEs form the generative system.
  5. Seven distinct arguments jointly explain why the First Beat must have a PR core.
  6. A continuous research chain runs from PR through chaos, proto-matter, proto-chemistry, heredity, and selection to the first cell.
  7. Researchers and consciousness emerge inside that chain and can recognize their own source in reverse.

The Three Highest-Priority Themes

First priority: the Jia Baolong Axiom System.

Second priority: Jia Baolong Absolute Truth, especially the root relation between $U$ and $Undefined$.

Third priority: the emergence chain from proto-matter to the single cell, and the connection between TGP and mainstream modules of origin-of-life research.

Core Definitions

Undefined and Absolute Truth

$Undefined$ is not an object, matter, space, time, or cause. It is the boundary role at which the terminal root has no positive ontological determination. The Absolute Truth proposition is:

Actual Existence and Dynamics

Actual existence is actual occurrence. Absolutely perfect, wholly static, self-contained forms belong only to the domain of static description; real existence must involve persistent difference and dynamics.

PR–ER–LE–RULE

  • PR: non-fixed re-entry in actual relation and the core of the First Beat.
  • ER: the temporarily formed Entity–Relation situation, structural memory, and local adjacency.
  • LE: local, delayed, finite, and on-demand evaluation and truncation in execution.
  • RULE: the specific rule that determines how ER updates, how LE processes, and whether chaos and higher-level structures form.
