This document gathers the theoretical understanding established in this conversation into one direct line of reading. Its object is existence and nonexistence; its root is Undefined; its first actual structure is PR; ER carries actual structures and LE progressively realizes them; concrete RULEs generate chaos and emergence.

1. Object of inquiry

The Jia Baolong Axiomatic System does not study any one universe. It studies how existence differs from nonexistence, and how actuality begins and continues. A universe is only one uncollapsed chaotic solution on the PR tree; it cannot stand for the whole system.

Its fundamental questions are:

  1. Why must actual existence change?
  2. Why is static perfection not real existence?
  3. What minimal form must the first actual structure take?
  4. How does a formal system enter a runnable chain of emergence?

2. Existence, axiom, and dynamism

2.1 Actual existence is necessarily imperfect

“Imperfect” is an ontological property, not a value judgment. Actual existence must continually change, and thus always remains local, finite, and open:

If an object is defined as a static, absolutely complete, unchanging whole, it is an abstract description rather than actual existence. Dynamism is the mode in which existence runs.

2.2 Perfection is not real existence

A perfect object may be used as a limit, set, or description, but it has no actual update step. Without an update step, there is no time, relation, difference, or emergence. In this system, “perfection” and “real existence” therefore point in opposite directions.

2.3 Undefined and absolute truth

Undefined (denoted $U$) is not the empty set, vacuum, zero, a stationary state, a container of potential, or hidden matter. It is the boundary at which neither “being” nor “nonbeing” yet applies:

$$ U=\text{the root at which even the predicates existence and nonexistence have not yet become applicable}. $$

Absolute truth originates in $U$. Its absoluteness comes from removing positive ontological presuppositions: no object, matter, space, time, energy, or external executor is assumed in advance. $U$ is not an object inside the system. PR, ER, LE, and RULE arise inside a system only after the transition from $U$ into actuality.

3. The PR–ER–LE–RULE structure

3.1 PR: the minimal self-reflexive structure of the First Beat

PR (Paradoxical Re-entry, formerly Primitive Reflexivity) is the minimal normal form of the first actual structure. It writes “cannot stop” into structure itself rather than assigning change to an external mover.

Among two-state, deterministic, label-symmetric mappings that exclude fixed points, negating exchange is the only remaining structure:

Therefore,

$$ f(f(x))=x,\qquad f(x)\ne x. $$

PR is neither a material object nor a parameter of one universe. It is the minimal endogenous dynamical structure by which actuality enters from $U$.

3.2 ER: the Entity–Relation layer

ER (Entity–Relation) organizes an actualization into nodes and links. An entity is no longer an isolated point; its identity is jointly determined by its position, connections, and history in a relational network:

3.3 LE: the Lazy Evaluation layer

LE (Lazy Evaluation) allows an infinite or highly complex global structure to be actualized progressively according to demand, locality, and finite resources. LE provides scales of propagation and time, effective constants, and local computability, turning ER from a static graph of relations into a continuously running process.

3.4 RULE: a concrete generative rule

RULE determines how ER updates, how LE allocates computation, and which local structures persist. PR establishes that actuality cannot stop; RULE determines how that actuality unfolds:

Different RULEs make different branches on the PR tree. A branch may terminate, cycle, freeze, remain diffuse, or enter sustained chaos in which stable local structures form.

4. Why the First Beat is PR

The First Beat is not a transfer from one already existing object to another. It is the entry from the boundary of nonexistence into first actuality. Seven classes of arguments concerning candidate structures converge on one conclusion:

  1. Pure affirmation merely duplicates a presupposed object and cannot explain its origin.
  2. Pure difference requires two prior terms; difference itself is not first actuality.
  3. The law of identity yields static sameness and cannot initiate change.
  4. Ordinary contradiction provides conflict but not a structure of continuing update.
  5. A static rule requires an external execution or a pre-existing situation.
  6. A complete history is a retrospective global description, not a First Beat.
  7. A single event, randomness, copying, or an external finger cannot independently provide continuing actuality.

In the minimal formal classification, PR alone simultaneously meets the requirements of actual occurrence, persistent nonstaticity, endogeneity, absence of fixed points, and label symmetry. It compresses “existence must move” into a researchable normal form; RULE then determines the concrete branch.

5. What researchability means

The system’s researchability does not mean that a single axiom paper writes every level at once. It establishes a traceable, cooperative chain of generation:

Each preceding level gives the next its object and constraints. Researchers at later levels can continue upward by experiment, simulation, mathematics, and observation, while also locating PR backward along the chain. The theory thus has both root axioms and real research interfaces from proto-matter to consciousness.

6. The role of Rule 979

Rule 979 is a numerical simulator for one concrete RULE. It implements the PR–ER–LE architecture as runnable trajectories: in a state space with $K=5$, it generates 32 perturbed trajectories and examines persistence, differentiation, and chaotic structure at the scale of $10^7$ LE steps. Its purpose is to show how a researchable chaotic branch can form after the First Beat, not to designate one universe as the system’s only result.

Its central intuition is that one PR root can enter different initial perturbations and local branches. Chaos is not structureless noise; it is the working domain in which persistent local forms, memory, and hierarchical emergence can arise.

7. The emergence chain from proto-matter to the first cell

Mainstream research connects to the system through the following mechanism chain:

In the TGP (Topology–Geometry–Physics) chain, topology supplies distinguishable connections and constraints; geometry generates local form; physics supplies energy flow, dissipation, and stable states. Chemical networks raise stable states to autocatalysis and information retention; compartments enclose those networks as replicable protocells.

The system’s mapping is:

This places the axiomatic root and life science’s mechanisms on one generative map.

8. The closed research path

The theory has two directions:

  • Forward: from $U$, through PR, RULE, ER, and LE, to local actual structures, then upward to proto-matter, chemistry, life, and consciousness.
  • Backward: from mature consciousness and the structures of life, chemistry, and physics, extracting stability, memory, relation, and evaluation mechanisms and tracing them layer by layer back to PR.

The loop makes the First Beat of existence and consciousness’s understanding of existence two ends of one theoretical object.

9. Comparison with Wolfram-style systems

Wolfram-style systems usually begin with discrete structures, replacement rules, and a computational universe. They are strong at describing complex structures after a RULE runs, but their starting point already contains executable objects, rules, and state spaces; first actuality is therefore placed before the axiom.

The Jia Baolong system first removes positive ontological presuppositions through $U$, then provides first endogenous actuality through PR, and only afterwards introduces RULE, ER, and LE. Both take computation and emergence seriously. Their difference is the order at the root: Wolfram begins with an already runnable system and generates upward; the Jia Baolong system enters first actuality from the boundary of nonexistence and then generates upward.

10. Comparison with traditional ontologies

“The Dao gives rise to the myriad things,” Buddhist emptiness, and Hegelian dialectics can provide highly compressed linguistic intuitions, but they do not supply a unified, executable chain from the root to chaos, proto-matter, the first cell, and consciousness. The Jia Baolong system separates the root into distinguishable functional layers:

11. Core advantages

  1. Its object is explicit: existence and nonexistence, rather than parameter fitting for one universe.
  2. Its root is clear: absolute truth begins from $U$, while the system internally begins from PR.
  3. Its First Beat has a minimal normal form: PR expresses continuing actuality through a fixed-point-free self-reflexive structure.
  4. Its generative functions are differentiated: RULE, ER, and LE respectively handle update, relation, and realization.
  5. Its research interfaces are explicit: chaos, proto-matter, chemistry, the first cell, life, and consciousness each have a place for continuing work.
  6. It supports both forward generation and backward tracing, reconnecting research on consciousness to PR.

13. Final synthesis

The full claim of the Jia Baolong Axiomatic System is this: absolute truth has $Undefined$ as its extra-systemic root; first actuality enters through PR; RULE unfolds the unstoppable self-reflexive dynamic into chaotic branches; ER and LE make those branches actual structures that can be computed, remembered, and localized; the emergence chain from proto-matter through the first cell to consciousness supplies an upward scientific research path; and consciousness can in turn trace PR downward along the chain.

It is therefore a unified ontological framework addressing why actuality exists, how it continues, how complex structures emerge, and how consciousness understands the root.
