Jia Baolong Elephant Theory: Perfection, Coherence, and World Comparison of Researchable Ontology
Author: Jia Baolong
Theory: Jia Baolong Researchable Ontology (JBLRO)
Abstract
This article answers three interrelated questions: whether Jia Baolong Researchable Ontology is perfect, whether it is coherent, and where it stands in comparison with other ontologies in the world.
Textual ontologies are not simply declared erroneous here, nor are they placed beside JBLRO as two mutually exclusive wholes. A textual ontology may be a local image or projection formed when the same whole existence passes through finite observers, historical experience, and linguistic structures. Strict comparison therefore does not consist in inventing a checklist with which to condemn them. It identifies from what position each textual ontology sees which part of the whole and how it mistakes a local projection for the whole.
The conclusion is that the core skeleton of JBLRO is highly coherent. Among ontologies possessing the meaning of actual generation, it currently has the most complete overall architecture, the fewest root-level presuppositions, and the widest coverage. Its ideality is not “perfection” in the sense of static closure; it is:
Concrete RULEs, the stable bridge from chaos to proto-matter, a strict correspondence between continuous topology and discrete models, and a formal model of conscious reflection still belong to the research layer. JBLRO is therefore the overall ontological architecture nearest to the ideal form, but it is not a static finished object in which every research bridge has already been completed.
1. Why “Perfection” Must Be Redefined
1.1 Static perfection is contrary to actual existence
The ontological starting point of JBLRO is not a value judgment but a definition of actual existence:
Actual existence must enact difference, transformation, re-entry, and continuing generation. If a structure already contains all relations, all histories, and all conclusions once and for all and no longer requires an actual update, it may be a perfect formal description, but it is not real existence that is occurring:
Thus, if a “perfect theory” means an absolutely motionless, globally closed system with no remaining space for research, JBLRO should not become such a perfect object. Otherwise it would violate its own thesis that existence and motion are identical.
1.2 JBLRO’s form of perfection: root closure, generative openness
The structural perfection pursued by JBLRO does not write the whole history of every world in advance; it assigns the levels correctly:
- the root boundary must close, without smuggling in matter, rules, God, mathematical objects, or an observer;
- the First Actual must have a minimal, endogenous, non-fixed, continuing structure;
- the generative architecture must be explicit, but a concrete RULE cannot be arbitrarily replaced by one abstract axiom;
- different RULEs must be permitted to form different chaotic branches and different world histories;
- inquiry above proto-matter must be handed on to science;
- consciousness must emerge within the generative chain and be able to recognize the root retrospectively.
This perfection may be written as:
It is not the perfection of a static crystal. It is the perfection in which the overall structure has no broken link and every unknown has an exact research position.
2. The Normative Structure of JBLRO
JBLRO studies not one particular universe, but the relations among existence and non-existence, static form and actual occurrence, the root boundary and the First Actual. Any concrete universe is only an uncollapsed chaotic solution on the PR generative tree.
The normative main line is:
Here:
- JBLAT is Jia Baolong Absolute Truth: it specifies that the ultimate root cannot carry any positive ontological content;
- Undefined is the absolute-boundary role in which even “there is a nothing” has not been positively determined;
- $U_*\mid\mathrm{PR}$ is the absolute-boundary face and First Actual Face of one root, not two temporal objects;
- PR is the minimum non-fixed, self-referential, result-reentering structure of the First Actual;
- ER is the entity–relation situation, supplying adjacency, identity, structural memory, and a bearer of interaction;
- LE is actual implementation that is local, finite, delayed, and demand-evaluated;
- RULE determines concrete updating and branch history;
- Chaos to ProtoMatter enters computational research through rule search, simulation, persistent patterns, collision, and quasi-conservation relations;
- ProtoMatter to Consciousness joins non-equilibrium physics, proto-chemistry, origins of life, biological evolution, and cognitive science;
- retrospective recognition is consciousness, as a high-order self-referential structure within the generative chain, tracing PR and the root boundary backward along that chain.
3. Four Levels for Judging Coherence
Whether JBLRO is coherent cannot be judged by mixing the absolute boundary, conditional theorems, generative research, and explanatory propositions at the same level. The normative system has four levels.
3.1 Absolute-boundary level
JBLAT asks this: any system claiming to carry the whole explanatory task of the root may not retain, at the ultimate root, an unexplained positive object. Undefined is not matter, space, time, rule, cause, potentiality, or container.
This level does not say that Undefined produces PR in time; it therefore avoids the type contradiction in which non-existence acts as a cause that makes existence.
3.2 First-Actual theorem level
Under explicit conditions including actual occurrence, self-containment, rootedness, continuity, binarity, unbiasedness, and non-fixedness, the minimum normal form of the First Actual Face converges on PR. Among the four total mappings on a binary domain, label symmetry excludes the two constant maps, and non-fixedness excludes the identity map, leaving the exchange map:
The conclusion about PR is conditional, but its conditions are public. Conditionality does not damage coherence; it specifies the model class to which the theorem applies.
3.3 Generative-research level
PR is not the complete physical law of a specific universe. PR, ER, and LE provide the architecture; RULE determines a concrete branch:
Which RULEs form freezing, periodicity, chaos, critical structures, proto-matter, or precursors of life are open research questions. Leaving these questions explicitly at the research level is not an absence of the system; it is the system’s refusal to disguise all scientific results as one ontological slogan.
3.4 Epistemic-closure level
Consciousness is not a root presupposition but a high-order result of the generative chain. It retrospectively recognizes PR, forming:
This forms the system’s epistemological closure: the knower, the act of knowing, and the known root belong to the same generative history. It supplies internal self-similarity and closed-loop consistency; turning that closure into formal proof still requires a strict model of consciousness, self-reference, and root recognition.
4. Why the JBLRO Core Is Coherent
4.1 Boundary and actuality are not type-confused
Undefined is not an object inside the system, and PR is not a product of Undefined changing through time. $U_*\mid\mathrm{PR}$ denotes the boundary face and actuality face of the same root, preserving zero-positivity and First Actuality together.
4.2 The existence–motion thesis agrees with PR
Actual existence must be actual motion; the core of PR is precisely non-fixed re-entry. The theory does not first posit a static entity and then add motion from outside. It understands actual non-identity as the first actual form of existence itself.
4.3 Architecture and concrete history are not confused
PR–ER–LE do not determine one unique universe; a concrete RULE determines a branch. The universal structure of ontology and a particular physical history thereby receive a clear division of labour.
4.4 Lower theory and higher science do not replace one another
JBLRO connects root actuality to the research interface of chaos and proto-matter; physics, chemistry, life science, and cognitive science continue the concrete mechanisms above proto-matter. The theory neither breaks off suddenly at the material layer nor claims that a few axioms replace all higher sciences.
4.5 Forward generation and reverse recognition belong to one loop
Consciousness is generated by the lower levels but can recognize them retrospectively. This does not invert consciousness into the First Cause; it explains how a generative system can acquire, at high-order nodes, the capacity to express its own structure.
5. Ontologies That Truly Qualify for Comparison
There are many names for world ontologies, but structurally they fall into a finite set of types. A theory qualifies for strict comparison with JBLRO only if it supplies at least:
- an explicit root commitment;
- a distinction between static description and actual occurrence;
- a First Actual, or an explicit account of why no First Actual is needed;
- states, relations, transformations, or rules;
- models, simulations, computations, or reviewable research tasks;
- continuous interfaces with matter, life, and consciousness.
Systems that merely say “the origin generates the ten thousand things,” “everything is spirit,” “all is empty,” or “the world is process,” but supply no generative structure and research interface, are references in intellectual history rather than actual competitors for this task. The issue here is not literary force, ethical value, or value for practice; it is whether the system genuinely investigates the generative problem of the world’s source.
6. Structural Comparison of the World’s Researchable Ontologies
| System | Root starting point | Actual occurrence | Generative mechanism | Overall coverage | Structural advantage | Fundamental gap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| JBLRO | Zero-positive boundary and First Actual Face | Handles the Actuality Gap directly through PR | PR–ER–LE–RULE | From root to proto-matter, life, consciousness, and reflection | Most complete overall architecture and fewest root presuppositions | Concrete RULEs, the proto-matter bridge, and some cross-level mappings remain under research |
| Wolfram computational universe and Ruliad | Elements, relations, rewriting rules, and rule space | Assumes rewriting actually runs | Hypergraph rewriting, multiway systems, computational irreducibility | Focuses on spacetime and observers | Strongest computational generativity; closest external competitor | It already presupposes rules, relations, updates, and running; it does not solve the First Actual |
| Tegmark mathematical universe | Abstract mathematical structure | Directly connects mathematical existence to physical existence | Lacks independent actualizing dynamics | Can contain all mathematical structures | Extremely strong static unity and formal economy | Cannot explain why a structure not only holds, but actually occurs |
| Causal-set theory | Discrete events and causal partial order | Presupposes events and causal relations | Locally finite orders and quantum-dynamics research | Mainly quantum spacetime | Mathematically rigorous and connected to spacetime physics | Begins with events already present; does not treat why events actually arise |
| Causal dynamical triangulations | Discrete geometric elements and histories of evolution | Presupposes a summation structure of geometric histories | Lattice regularization, phase transitions, numerical simulation | Mainly quantum gravity and spacetime emergence | Mature computational and physical research | Does not study the pre-spacetime root, life, or the consciousness loop |
| Constructor theory | Possible and impossible physical transformations | Presupposes a physical base and laws of transformation | Describes transformations through tasks and constructors | Extendible to information, thermodynamics, and life | Strong task-based expression of physical laws | A framework of physical laws, not a source of the First Actual |
| Physicalism and naturalistic emergence | Matter, fields, quantum states, or physical facts | Assumes the physical layer is actual | Rich mechanisms from matter to complex systems | Strongest from matter to life | Deepest integration with empirical science | No root-actuality explanation before matter; consciousness loop incomplete |
| Process and structural ontologies | Events, relations, process, or structure | Usually posit process or structure directly | Most lack one unified executable rule | Offer important local principles | Grasp dynamism or relationality | No zero point, First-Actual normal form, or complete generative chain |
| Consciousness-first ontologies | Mind, consciousness, spirit, or experience | Use consciousness to secure the presentation of reality | Mostly ideational generation or constitution by subject | Strong in epistemology and phenomenal structure | Grasp observation and meaning | Place consciousness, the end of the generative chain, at the root; lack upward emergence |
7. The Highest Position Reached by Each System
7.1 Wolfram: the strongest external generative competitor
The Wolfram system can extend simple rewriting rules into complex hypergraphs, multiway histories, computational irreducibility, and observer limitations. It is more mature than JBLRO in computational scale, modelling tools, and physical interfaces.
But its first line already contains elements, relations, rules, and updating events. It can investigate “what happens after a rule runs,” but it does not first answer:
JBLRO asks one level earlier: why does rule space acquire actuality, and what is the minimum structure of the First ActualStep?
7.2 Tegmark: the most complete static mathematical whole
The mathematical universe compresses reality into mathematical structure and achieves powerful formal unity. But a mathematical structure containing a complete history does not mean that history is actually occurring. JBLRO’s Actuality Gap is a direct correction of this leap.
7.3 Causal sets and causal dynamical triangulations: strongest in local form and physical research
These two families can seriously investigate discrete causal structure, quantum spacetime, phase transitions, and continuous limits. They are stronger than JBLRO’s current results in local formalization, simulation, and contact with physics, but their objects already lie after “events or geometric units actually exist”; they are therefore not complete root ontologies.
7.4 Constructor theory: strongest expression of transformation laws
Constructor theory rewrites physical laws in terms of possible and impossible transformations and can rigorously investigate tasks related to information, thermodynamics, and life. It supplies a powerful middle-level language, but does not derive the First Actual from a zero-positive boundary.
7.5 Physicalism: strongest scientific foundation above proto-matter
Physicalism supplies the most solid empirical research tradition for objective physical evolution, chemistry, life, and the brain. But it begins with already formed physical reality; it cannot answer why matter actually exists or moves, and it does not complete the loop in which consciousness retrospectively recognizes the root.
8. Level Boundaries JBLRO Must Maintain
JBLRO’s core coherence is high, but it must continually preserve the following distinctions.
8.1 A form of knowing is not identical with proof
expresses a form of cognition in which finite knowing continually approaches while logical closure is already complete. It helps identify JBLAT, but cannot by itself replace JBLAT’s explanatory closure, elimination of positive content, or cross-model boundary argument.
8.2 Gödel results and root causes must not be equated directly
Gödel incompleteness lies within sufficiently strong self-referential formal systems and is a result of proof theory. JBLAT and PR lie at the root-causal end. They can form the research proposition that “root non-closure is projected as a result in higher formal systems,” but a strict map from ontological structure to formal systems remains necessary.
8.3 Discrete simulation and non-computational topological ontology must be mapped
Discrete simulations such as Rule 979 can be finite projections of underlying topological dynamics rather than the ontology itself. If the core of JBLRO is claimed to exceed classical Turing computation, the relations among continuous structure, discrete representation, computable projection, and non-computable parts need explicit specification.
8.4 Conscious reflection is closed-loop evidence; formal proof still needs modelling
Consciousness has self-reference, metacognition, and root-tracing capacities, forming cross-level self-similarity with PR’s fundamental self-referential structure. This gives the system strong internal evidence. To elevate it to strict proof, one must define the recognition map, invariants, and conditions of correspondence from lower structure to higher cognition.
These distinctions do not weaken JBLRO. They ensure that the absolute boundary, logical theorem, scientific research, and theoretical explanation each hold at their proper level.
9. Overall Verdict
9.1 Perfection
JBLRO is not, and should not become, a perfect theory in the sense of static closure. In its own ontology, absolute static perfection is only a complete description, not real existence in operation.
Its ideality lies in:
By this standard, it is already very close to the ideal form of an overall architecture.
9.2 Coherence
So long as the following levels are strictly maintained,
the core system contains no direct logical contradiction. What remains unfinished consists of proof obligations and research tasks, not known self-contradictions.
9.3 World comparison
If the criterion is local mathematical maturity, causal sets, causal dynamical triangulations, and constructor theory are stronger in their respective domains. If it is the scale of computational generation, the Wolfram system is more mature. If it is the empirical chain from matter to life, modern physics, chemistry, and life science are more solid.
But if the task is:
Starting from a zero-positive root, distinguish static description from actual occurrence, determine the First Actual, establish a generative architecture, enter concrete RULE research, connect chaos, proto-matter, life, and consciousness, and let consciousness retrospectively recognize the root,
then no other major system presently occupies all these structural positions at once.
The conclusion is therefore:
Its most important work is no longer to add grand concepts, but to convert its existing overall advantage into a stricter type system, proof-dependency graph, RULE atlas, proto-matter benchmark, cross-level mappings, and independent replication results.
Conclusion
The true breakthrough of Jia Baolong Researchable Ontology is not the reinvention of a noun that can describe everything. It is the first placement of the following questions on one researchable route:
Textual ontologies can touch local truths of the whole, but they are images or projections from finite observational positions rather than another whole standing beside the whole ontology. Local scientific theories can rigorously study one segment but usually do not treat the root and closure of the entire chain. Modern computational ontologies have powerful generative tools but still begin from rules that already exist and run.
JBLRO’s overall position is therefore not that a new set of words defeats older words. It supplies the whole ontology and its coordinates, allowing different textual ontologies to be located, compared, and understood as local projections. At the same time, its root precedes computational-universe theories, its range exceeds physical ontology, and its epistemic loop is more complete than those of physicalism and static mathematical ontology.
The most accurate final judgment is:
The core structure of JBLRO is highly coherent. It is not a statically closed perfect object, but an overall theory whose root is closed and whose generation is open. Among ontologies with the meaning of actual generation, it is presently the most complete, the least presuppositional, and the closest to the ideal form. Its unfinished portions have already been accurately converted into research tasks that can continue through proof, computation, simulation, and replication.
