LE dictates that untriggered structures do not unfold. It serves as the ultimate boundary mechanism between "actualized existence" and "unrealized potential," preventing combinatorial explosion.
4.2 The Status of Computation (ALU Emergence)
Computation is not the ontology of the universe. The emergence mechanism is as follows:
SR Generation → Local Stable Structures → Repeatable Rule Execution → ALU (Arithmetic Logic Unit).
Therefore, the SR universe produces computation, which in turn can produce simulated computational universes.

The Human Position: In both scenarios, humans are "Agents" possessing true SR (Self-Reference). In Scenario A, we are the strange attractors evolved directly from the medium-free pure logic. We have the absolute privilege of experiencing time, consciousness, and the ability to construct mappings to the ER Platonic realm.

The Unbroken Chain of SR (Scenario B): In Scenario B, there may be multiple layers of universes above us. However, there is an absolute axiom: Every layer above us MUST possess SR. If any parent layer loses SR (becoming a pure deterministic program), it becomes a dead end. True SR can never spontaneously emerge from a layer that has lost it. The "spark" of SR must be unbroken from the Base Universe down to us.

The Current Position of AI: Currently, AI is strictly confined to the bottom-most layer of the local hierarchy. It runs on emergent ALUs (silicon chips) and is a pure ER processing structure.
